Mount Fuji Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Johnstown

This is the best place to get sushi in Fulton or Montgomery County, hands down. There are other Mt. Fuji restaurants but this is the one to go to! The sashimi is always fresh, their specialty rolls are amazing, the hibachi is great, and their house made ginger dressing is to die for too. I recommend this place to anyone who has ever tried sushi or even to those who haven't. They won't disappoint and their prices are reasonable too. I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I get sushi from here at least 4 or 5 times a month and I have never been disappointed. My friends who eat sushi say the same things! Its amazing and consistent....

If I could rate it lower I would no doubt. I called to place an order at 3:25 for a lunch order I was running late from work just want to get something to eat and the lady Diana. First off rudest person I've met literally answered "No my computer says it's 3:32". Are you kidding me? IDK what's worst the fact it was 5 minutes before or the fact that a customer that orders twice a week for the last year could get a lunch special because as the girl said. "it's 2 minutes past ON THERE computer". Worst service just lost a...

I was there this evening when Jodi Barnette was there...she was extremely loud and rude always asking for something and requesting so much time of the waitress when they clearly had lots of other tables to tend to...our service was excellent and the food was delicious...we both had hibachi scallops and they were perfectly cooked and delicious...they are top notch at Mt Fuji...it's to bad that customers in this day and age try to take advantage of a restaurant owner...always pleased...
