Subway — Restaurant in Town of Kinderhook

Had the worst experience ever tonight. I had a craving for a meatball sub on the garlic cheesy bread. I wasn't sure if they still made it, so while I was waiting to be served I was checking out the menu to see what other special sandwiches they had, incase the cheesy garlic bread wasn't available anymore. I had decided that if they didn't have it I would go with the american club that was advertised on the front window with a great big sign. After sitting there looking at the menu and waiting for the two young ladies to finish the orders they were working on, about 5 or 6 minutes, one of them finally looks up at me and says....BTW, we dont have any meatballs, italian bread, or bacon. I was shocked to say the least and replied "I guess I'm not getting dinner here" and walked out!! Why advertise a club sandwich all over if you dont have bacon??? Thats like going to KFC and they don't have any chicken??? Needless to say I won't be back there...

Well I watched two of the employees make a few sandwiches for a few customers that were ahead of me so when it was my turn to order they apparently had absolutely nothing left over. I guess that it seemed to be that they were out of everything that I had requested!! How convenient was that!! Not only was that a problem. The problem was that they hardly put anything on the sandwiches that they had made that I had ordered they sure did an awesome job making sure that they did an amazing job on the other customers sandwiches because I watched them make them.I will not be going back there again!! I had also ordered one of the churros which I never got or the pretzels that I had also ordered!! Apparently they must have forgotten all about me ordering them. It's okay because I will not be going back...

This location has reopened with new owners and at first if course it was really good with fresh bread, veggies, etc. A couple weeks ago decided to put in an online order and go pick it up. When I go to pick it up, it was not even made yet and had to wait in line so that ended up being a total waste of time for me.

Today thought I would pick up dinner for the family. Went on a Wednesday around 6:30 pm and started g the order and was told they only had herb and cheese bread and wheat bread and that was it. Ok so I ordered the herb and cheese for all 3 subs and then was told there were only 2 loaves of the herb and cheese left.

Well I will have to say I thought the new owners were excited and ambitious about reopening this location but as of now, I will not be returning...
