First off the ice cream is delicious. That being said that's the only thing they got going for them. I order the same thing everytime (two cones, one kiddie one small) the price is never the same $4.75, $4.80, $5.75 and $5.80 are the prices i get charged. The employees are friendly and fast but so far I've had maybe one out of 10 cones that were not a horrible mess. They don't fill all the way in so it just sits on top of the cone and balances. good luck eating it without it falling over. (Has happened more than once). They act like they have had zero training on doing anything remotely resembling an ice cream cone. The size is never consistent, sometimes half the amount as a previous cone purchased of the same size ordered. Sometimes it's as skinny as the bottom of the cone, sometimes it's so short and fat the icecream is melting down the cone before they even hand it to you. They definitely can't agree on what there cones are supposed be. And lastly i have ordered two different sizes and ended up with two very small cones of such equal portions that the girl even got confused on what size was what when she handed it to me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE train your employees on how to make an ice cream cone. They're ruining the very great tasting product you're trying produce .
