Worth place i’ve ever experienced. I placed an order at 2029, on the website. my total was 41.17, they then charged my card for 48.70, i had called about that concern and when i called, they had notified me that they didn’t have my order. I felt bad at first because the young lady on the phone was genuinely trying to help, she then had to get her manager, which then he was furious about, definitely short tempered. he then started to argue and go back and forth with the young lady, while they had me on the phone, which he replied to her, “ this is so annoying”. he expressed that he did not wanna take over the phone call. He then told me he couldn’t do anything for me, they couldn’t make my food even though my funds were taken out of my account. Poor customer service & attitude. The food here is phenomenal. It’s top quality authentic Mexican food that won’t break the bank. We ordered first at the counter (queso birria tacos & 2 child plates with chicken quesadillas) & then took a seat with our drinks to wait for our food to be cooked. The child plates normally come with a side black beans or refried beans, but I knew my kiddos wouldn’t eat them & the wonderfully accommodating lady at the counter offered rice instead. My birria tacos couldn’t have been better. A fresh salsa bar was available as well but I managed perfectly fine with the birria juices & the salsa that came with my plate. I am always happy to find authentic Mexican in my community. Went for lunch with the girls today to sample some of their goodies. It has replaced the Lazy duck cafe on Rt 4 which closed not too long ago. We were very impressed with everything. We ordered at the counter and took our seats. The food came fast and hot. Our server was so sweet and informative. Everything was awesome!
