FINAL EDIT: On my last visit to this Dunkin I waited nearly a half hour for a breakfast sandwich, at the beginning of the day making me late for work, and I never even ended up getting the sandwich. I received a MASSIVE amount of attitude from the manager when I requested a refund. This place is a lost cause and that will be the last time I ever step foot in this building. Good luck to anyone who chances an order here!
Previous review: The Dunkin' that is inside this particular gas station was recently renovated and now shines with a very modern look. Unfortunately, the renovation could not do anything to save the store from the continual lack of decent customer service at this location.
I update this review every couple years as I Will occasionally stop by this location while getting gas for my car, and unfortunately I have never been able to give this dunkin more than two stars. It seems that every single time I give this place a shot, they manage to make the experience very subpar in one way or another. It does not matter if it's busy or quiet, night or day, something gets messed up. Sometimes my drink order is wrong, sometimes my food order is wrong. Sometimes my food takes 15 minutes (not an exaggeration) to be completed, sometimes I don't get everything that I ordered. Sometimes there's just a complete lack of situational awareness in the staff and everybody looks like they are running around confused as to what job they should be doing. And sometimes, like today, the order sits on the counter as if it were an online order, Waiting to be picked up, when in reality the order is for a customer standing right in front of the counter, completely oblivious to the fact that their food is getting cold sitting there because the employee who made it did not bother to call the order out.
This is all with the understanding that during the morning hours especially Dunkin is a very busy place. I understand busy. Anybody who has read any of my other reviews would know that I understand wait times due to busyness. I understand that when there are a slew of orders, it's going to take a while to get your food, and occasionally mistakes are going to be made. This goes beyond occasionally, and unfortunately in some cases goes beyond the hard work ethic of some of the staff, as you can clearly tell some of them just don't care and have no sense of urgency.
With that, I continue to rate this establishment one star. I hope that at some point the procedures here are refined and the experience improves, but for now the facelift on the interior is only a facade and nothing else has...

I ordered an iced coffee via the app 20 minutes before I estimated arrival time. Even the app was telling me I was too far away but I said go ahead and make it anyway. Now if I told you that iced coffee was ready and the best iced coffee I've ever had, you probably would be amazed as would I. Course I would also be lying because as usual you have to wait in a line to ask him to make the order that you ordered 20 minutes prior. Anybody reading these reviews? This is by far the worst Dunkin in town. Any four and five star reviews are from people either out of town, bots, or employees or friends of employees. I'm amazed at how this place somehow has a 3.5 rating. It should have a .5 rating
Update 10/23 Despite generous increase in staffing, this is still the most inefficient and slowest service of any local Dunkin. 18 minutes for 1 bagel sandwich😣 Update 12/2022 if anyone's asking why is he back here again, this location was recently updated. With expectations of faster service due to the fact it's now an ontap location. Here to confirm the on-the-go order still gets ignored. Arrived to pick up my mobile order after a couple minutes was told one of the items I ordered didn't get made because somebody forgot to make them that morning. No apology or offer to replace the item or refund. I was told to request a refund on the app. If you're not familiar with the app there is no where to request a refund on the app.
So I love Dunkin, but this is one of the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. In fact the only thing they do consistently is have slow service. Don't bother with on the go ordering here. You will sit and wait while they wait on customers in line. Update 8/6/18 I'm officially down to 1star. I actually hate coming here now. Will be looking for a location with better service. Read moreThis is the Dunkin closest to my house and on my way to work, for a while I was stopping every morning. I typically will place a mobile order and go in and grab it then head to work. Sometimes my mobile order takes 5 minutes, sometimes it takes 25 minutes. I order at the same time every day, around 7:15-7:20. Lately the mobile ordering capability has been shut off, I’ve gone inside a couple of times and I’ve also hit the drive through. Inside is fine, but you will wait 20 minutes for your coffee. The drive through is the same thing. I was in the drive through a few mornings ago for 25 minutes (there were 3 cars in front of me and I hadn’t ordered yet) before a staff member came to my window and said they were closing the drive through and I’d have to go inside. At that point I just left because I needed to get to work. The staffing situation is troublesome, many times they’ll only have 2 people on staff for morning rush. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to put more effort into making it run smoothly. The people who work there struggle to keep up with the demand especially in the mornings.
