McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of LaFayette

horrible experience over all. firstly, my friends and i enter the drive thru, exhilarated for the food we were about to devour. we start off with the first order and then the second and we start the 3rd. he then interrupts us and gives us our total. we then say “can we also add to that” and we start off by ordering one item. as my friend starts the second item, he gave us our total and told us to pull up to the second window. We asked if we could add to that because we weren’t too sure if he could hear us, so we spoke louder. we finish, and he says very impatiently our total which was only $31. All we even ordered was 3 things of chicken nuggets, and 2 fries. we pull up to the second window and he hands his hand out for the money, not even saying anything. we give him the money and then wait 12 minutes for our food. We wait very patiently, and as he gives us our food, i ask for extra napkins, extra bbq sauce, and honey mustard. he gives me 3 bbq sauces, and i ask again for the honey mustard, and he goes, “it’s in the bag” while slamming the window very vigorously. we pull over and check the bag, there is only one thing of honey mustard. we open the fish fillet and it was all discombobulated with sauce everywhere. as we eat in silence, we feel disappointed and dissatisfied. The cashier who just took my order was so nasty and short with me and it really made me mad! I had my app open to get a buy one free breakfast sandwich and their internet is down so she said she took the cost of one sandwich off. I had 5o pay with cash because you now can't use a card because of the Internet and she seemed really bothered that all I had was a 100 dollar bill. She had to walk to the back to get change and seemed pissed but a customer offered to break it and wanted the 100 but she ignored us! I questioned the price before i even paid but i figured i would just look at the receipt my receipt said I ordered 3 breakfast items and I nicely went to her and asked about it (I ordered 2) and it was an easy fix. I know mistakes happen and I don't mind as long as we can fix them. I said hey I was wondering why it Cost so much for one sandwich and my drink (because the other should have been free) she has a nasty attitude and said because I thought you ordered 3, I will give you a refund and she grabs the bag off the counter and pulls out the extra sandwich and throws it hard on the counter. I don't even care that she did not say sorry or my mistake or anything of that sort but her nasty attitude...

It's a McDonald's. I was passing through to attend the Lafayette Apple Festival and thought it would be smart to eat before going to the fairground, the food is McDonald's grade food product. It still eats me back but I still showed up (twice) this past weekend. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, not that I can get mad because people, not the staff people, mess it up, but no one (I did) tells staff the bathroom is wrecked. The saddest part, the first time I stopped, the way out I used the restroom and slipped in water that was dripping off the sink. There's only two stalls, and someone was emptying there stomach in the "standard stall", so I had to use the cripple stall, but the lock took a good minute to get to work (I don't like company while utilizing the thrown). The second trip, I knew the lock was messed up, so it wasn't a surprise, but the paper towel dispenser was empty, and when I used the hand dryer, it grabbed the towels in the trash and blew them clear under the stall door (we had a laugh) but I told the staff, not that I saw anyone go that way in the time I was leaving, but I did my part of being accidentally comedic and shared some laughs with strangers while chaotically...
