Big Boat Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Lansing

I rode there last Sunday on my Harley for a breakfast sandwich. Jay met us at the boat's entrance and took our order and prepared our coffee drinks. I selected the yummy Finger Lakes Jamaican Me Crazy coffee. The breakfast sandwich I chose was the Big Boat Special. You'd think oh it's just another egg sandwich, no big deal. Penny, the chef/magician in the back created one of the best most flavorful "basic" sandwiches I've ever eaten. I'm old, that's a lot of breakfast sandwiches. I took their custom sour dough with bacon, and avocado aioli added to the standard two eggs and cheese. AH Mazing! Whatever else she did I don't know, but it was perfection!
