Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Ledgeview

I went through the drive through with my family at about 12:30 on Feb 24. The lady taking my order was very aggressive and argumentative when I asked for regular fries. I was confused because that is what I know non-curly fries to be called. I have always asked for regular fries instead of curly at Abrys and they have always understood what I meant. When I wasn't understanding she yelled MA'AM OUR CURLY FRIES ARE OUR REGULAR FRIES. Then finally she asked if I wanted crinkle fries. If she would have said that from the start we could have avoided the whole conversation. I recognized her voice when she handed me my order. She was middle aged, long light hair back in a ponytail. My daughter told me she had that same lady yell at her last time her and her friend went there, because they "just kept ordering things", they had 2 meals... We will not be...

Workers in the drive thru were clearly mocking my voice while I was ordering and thought I could not hear them. When I confronted the workers and asked if they were mocking me they stated that they were "mocking someone else in the store" for any management that wants to address this issue with the employee responsible, it happened at approximately 2:00pm on 9/5/22 while we were ordering at the drive thru. To make matters worse, the employee did not write down the full order. This was extremely disrespectful and I will never return to...

I stopped at Culver's on my way back to Green Bay. I figured it was one of the better fast food restaurants to eat at. The 2 stars are for the onion rings as they were very good. However, I ordered a Double bacon cheese burger deluxe. The cheese was not melted and the hamburger was room temperature.

The person who took my order didn't ask if I wanted anything else on it. In which I assumed when I ordered a DELUXE, it came with everything. The Culver's in Green Bay on Mason is a 20 star compared to this...
