Service was good and coffee was great. Cute and cozy atmosphere. The food was not so good. We missed breakfast which was our fault so no big deal, just would have thought a diner served breakfast later especially on a Sunday. My husband ordered a burger which he said was good but had to pay extra for cheese and fries. It came with chips. It was also extra if you wanted tomato and lettuce. I ordered a “hot grilled ham sandwich” which I wrongly assumed would come with melted cheese. Nope it was a warm roll with heated up deli slices of ham. No condiment, nothing, just a dry sandwich. Who wants that?? Paid extra for cheese and it was still boring so I put the chips on it! The ham was also very spicy which I didn’t mind but people who are opposed to spicy food would have had no idea from the menu. Unfortunately there was also an odd chemical taste to the sandwich....

What a shame because the food was good, but the service was atrocious. We walked in at 6:30 pm and were immediately warned they were closing early when their regular hours say 8 pm. She seemed really bothered that we even came in. We again confirmed if it was OK that we sit down and eat and her response was to ask us if we planned on staying for 2 hours?? We told her no, we just wanted to know if there was enough time to eat. Several customers came in after us and no one else was told they were closing early. The waitress who took our order was nice and the food was pretty good, so it's such a shame that we were made to feel unwelcome. We won't be returning. Next time we'll spend the time waiting in line at Flo's rather than come back and be treated like crap. Shame because we love supporting local businesses. We'll be taking our...

Service is terrible! Went here for dinner. It wasn’t busy and two tables were needing to be wiped down. We sat ourselves and waited to be acknowledged. Two other parties came in and seated themselves in the meantime. A waitress took one tables order and brought another menus while we still were waiting. They claim they had just had a rush. Not an excuse for not even acknowledging our presence. The morning rush is crazier than what they had this evening, and our morning waitress was on top of things. We left and went down the road to a small establishment where we were greeted immediately by a polite and efficient waitress. Knotty pine, you need better evening waitstaff with some customer...

While on a roadtrip to pick up my furbaby we stopped in for lunch. I canf say how welcoming this bunch of people were to us. Considering we are outsiders generally people just are rude however they treated us like family and locals. The food was amazing. We both ordered the fried fish and it was amazing. The workers have such sarcasm eith one another and it was great. They are like siblings.. parents to their kids from my Era. The jokes while roasting one another were the best. These kids just took it like Champs and carried on. They didn't get sour or upset they just gave it back. We deffinatly want to go back and explore more of the area. Tha k you for the great memory on this wonderful day.

I haven't been here in years and probably never again. This place use to be great and a good price. The food was horrible so to me the price was not worth it. The first photo is the chicken parm. The chicken was extremely dry and the sauce was just crushed/diced tomatoes. The second photo is the prime rib. This too was also extremely dry and 1/3 of it was fat. The onions where almost liquid. The photos is what we left behind. I like to dine local but I just can't here anymore. I hope they correct it because I miss the old days here when they food was good.

We were in Oneida for just a few days but ate here three times because the food is so good! We had a good hearty breakfast that didn't break the bank, and the food shown here was our dinner another night. Fried shrimp and scallops, a very generous portion and fried perfectly. Even a simple burger was good. Service excellent, the waitresses were efficient, friendly and joked with us. I've been going here for over 40 years and they continue to provide fine food at good prices.
