Today I placed an order online. I was supposed to pick up 2 sandwiches for lunch. However, when I arrived (like 2 minutes earlier because I was working close to the restaurant) the food was not ready. I got a little upset because I placed an order online due to my schedule, I didn’t have time to waste, I just wanted to just pick up the food but I put that on the side and I was ok with it. The real issue was Rosa’s attitude, when I first arrived she didn’t say good morning or hi, she looked overwhelmed because she was by herself, she said that she didn’t had time to have the food ready but she said it in a really nasty attitude and I said ok, she started preparing the food but she was doing it like she didn’t want to do it and she was physically just throwing all the ingredients like she was preparing food for animals. After I saw that, I felt really bad and really sad because that was my breakfast & lunch and it was not nice what she did. I said that I didn’t want to bother her anymore, just wanted to cancel the order but she couldn’t cancel it. Didn’t receive my food and the money was taking out from my account. I used to work at a restaurant similar to subway and I was by myself sometimes. Thankfully they trained me really well and online orders were priority as well to me. I never disappointed a customer so If I did it she and everyone can do it. There is no excuse. I felt humiliated and ignored. Read moreStore opens at 10:00am. I walked in at 10:00, nobody behind the counter. Young Spanish girl comes out of the bathroom at 10:02am and looked at me like it was a problem that I was there. Took her 2 minutes to come and start up the register which all of the above should have been ready when I walked in to begin with. Then I only wanted a Gatorade and rang me out for $7.56.
