What a huge disappointment! My family has been supporting this business for over 20 years and we were treated very poorly today. They advertised on their website that they have a super Sunday deal where you can get a bracelet and have unlimited access to go karts, mini golf, etc. for 2 hours. When we drove all the way there, they refused to honor the deal and said they aren't doing it any more. We then showed them that it was still advertised on their website and on a poster LITTERALLY ON THE WALL by the cash register they still said they would not honor it because they did not have enough staffing. I asked how the go karts were running if they did not have staffing and he said you could still buy individual rides. So basically, they had someone at the go karts all day regardless, but just wanted people to pay more for individual rides. Three other families were standing in line and were also disappointed when they were told they could not have the deal either.

Not only did they not honor their advertised deal, the owner was extremely rude and his response was for us to hire people for him if we want the deal. He then said, go find someplace else that offers a better deal, and I will honor my deal. What a clown and sad excuse for a business man. I truly hope someone else buys this business so that families can enjoy going there again. The current owner is an extremely rude, shortsighted, and unpleasant individual. I feel...

This is an awesome place. I love that there's so many different things to do here. We drive by this place all the time and never realize that all of this stuff sits behind the main building. It wasn't busy at all, it's pretty spacious and there is a lot of seating. There was a bounce house, and what looked to me like an old school McDonald's play place in the back part of the arcade complete with a ball pit. They have batting cages, go-kart track, miniature golf, arcade, and food.

I will definitely go back. The only reason I gave it a three-star review when it should have been a five-star review is the lack of customer service and customer attention. There was not a single adult presence in this whole place. No management. It is completely ran by teenagers who do not look happy in any way to be doing their job. Very dull unhappy attitudes. My friend purchased a ticket for the go-karts and after the girl cashed her out she completely walked away from me and went back to chatting with her friends and ignored the fact that I wanted to buy a ticket. Outside there was no one to service the go-kart tracks and when someone finally did come over he looked completely uninterested in helping us. The place was dirty and most of the employees were just kind of standing around. There's also barely anything to purchase with your tickets after playing games.

Decent place if you have no where else to go. It's dysfunctional to say the least. The arcade machines are a rip if your child is trying to get tickets to buy something for example my olds spund the wheel of fortune and It landed on 40 and the machine gave him 15 tickets then we spun again and landed on 15 and it spit out 30 tickets and one more spin for good measure and it landed on 30 and it pushed out 10 tickets. Some machines were set up so even if you accomplished your goal you still had to pay another dollar to keep playing. The ball pit is great for kids 3 and up for little babies not so much. Torn old balls and garbage everywhere on the floors and last but not least the lack of maintenance on the business as a whole makes it not worth visiting more then once in my opinion. When renting a spot for a birthday don't forget that 4 other parties mite be going on while your trying to have yours because of the booking on top of each other for utilization of the available space. Ice cream is okay. Overall that place needs some tlc and it would be worth it. FYI we didn't keep playing the games cause we knew they were messed up but thanks for the dismissive reply it adds to the decision to not return to this...
