Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

Went to this location got some drinks and bagels with doughnuts. My wife ordered and my son and I were going to pick out the dozen doughnuts. An employee PAM sat a box of doughnuts on the counter and was trying to give them to us. We asked if we were allowed to pick them out ourselves. That is when the attitude started huffing and puffing no communication zero customer service skills. I asked this Pam lady where was the commutation at she needs to communicate and you can't assume what a customer wants. I asked to speak with the manager 5 times and not a single employee acknowledged my request but all were laughing. I asked the cashier for Crosbys if she knows who the manager on duty was and she advised that tim hortons is different from them. So I went back and started asking where is the manager and a heavy set girl who didn't say her name snapped at me and advised that they were busy. In my almost 50 years I have never seen this level of incompetence together in one place. The negative attitudes from every employee there is unmatched. An employee named Pam (short lady with tattoos)" not sure if it's her real name" was the one who lead the way for the rudeness. I was advised by someone named Caitlin who claimed the manager was off and she was the shift leader. She was as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. The service was so bad that my wife who works as general manager for another location even said she has never seen this level of incompetence. And the best part is they made the mistake and then tried to turn it around back at me. An email has been sent to...

Please do not handle food, wrappers , drinks, or packaging wearing perfume, or any lotion with a sent. Weather you have your gloves on or not( you should) or even if your just handling money because you will still touch my order at some point... please don't where this if you work at or are around any food weather it is at a fast food/warehouse/store /ect. The smell is all over my food wrappers and it has completely ruined my sandwich. This is not the first time here , at this location it has happened. Also at other places I've been too recently. Just letting you know so it doesn't happen to someone else. It is very unpleasant...

Might want to watch your money if you go to this one. Absolutely done with this location after going into the drive thru and having my change given back to me wrong twice. Had to go in and speak with the manager only for her to tell me she couldnt give me my money back until she checked the cameras. Now I have to drive back just to get my money all because an employee cant do simple math or even just looked at the cash drawer in what to give me. Ridiculous. Didnt know you could hold $17 because your employees mess up and tell a paying customer you cant give them...
