Okay, I love Sub D but... I ordered online at this place (rochester rd) and there were so many problems. First, they were like 13 minutes behind. They ran out of peppers and had to substitute something else, they shorted us one pizza finger on two orders. They said they were the last ones out of the bag and thought there were enough. Then, the ham sub had mold growing on the roll! Dang. Out of four things we ordered, 3 had issues! The stinger, that was good. I called to let them know about the mold so they knew to look but it took 3 times for them to answer. I have to imagine how many more orders they could have taken. It was not really the experience I was expecting. I am such a huge fan of sub d but this location isn't ship shape. Employees were nice. I hope management gets their inventory issues in line, it seems to be the main issue and puts employees in a bad situation. I can order online something they are out of. Again, I love sub d but won't be back to Rochester rd. Manager or owner, look at these reviews and you'll see a pattern. Save this location, fix these small but...

When we opened the box and found a 4 to 5 inch bread and almost nothing inside of it. There was very little meat, it was very chewy, and there was hardly any onions or mushrooms in the sub.
