Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Lowville

My son stop by after his work shift at Kraft to bring home supper for everyone. We live about 30min away. I called to let them know we did not receive the au jus for the French dip & a regular roast beef. They want to only give the items missing nothing more. Gas being what is & all I thought they may offer a coupon or something. Nope all I got was hung up on!!!! So I call back no answer. Then call back again different person answers. I stop here several times a month on my way home from Albany to Ogdensburg because it's convenient to grab a great dinner. The reason I continue to stop here rather than a variety of other places that I could order ahead at closer to home is because the staff and management here are amazing! The way people treat me when I'm a customer is the main factor for where me when I consider spending my hard earned money! I will literally drive out of my way to get better service, these guys get it! They are fast, friendly...

The US Flag has been rapped around the flag pole and building since at least May I have asked multiple time for it to be fixed it is now the middle of July and not taken care of yet. Yesterday I inquired again the clerk said he never noticed it. I asked to speak to a manager and wad told two were there. He came back and said they said to tell you it was noted.
