Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Lowville

That was by far, the worst cup of decaf hot coffee, i have ever tasted. Sometimes when you order decaf, you get coffee that has been sitting, and isnt fresh. Somtimes, you get a cup and it taste burnt, but today, the wife and i had a 3 hr drive. I wanted a nice cup of coffee for the ride. I asked the clerk for a couple of ice cubes, because thier coffee is so hot, i paid for my coffee and left. About 15 min later, i tried my coffee, and couldn't believe how bad it tasted. I only gave it 4 stars because: there was one girl trying to take care of drive thru and inside til other got there. She was doing an excellent job with all she had to do and still remained nice to customers. I do have a question with every Dunkin donuts I go to, why do drive-thru people get taken care of before us that walk into the store? It's not fair. I know sometimes there's a lot of people at the drive-thru, but for those of us that walk in someone should be there to take care of us instead of having to wait till they take care...

I’ve had the pleasure of watching my local Dunkin’ go from 50/50 service to almost 100% every time within a couple years. I visit this location every single morning, I’m always greeted with a kind smile but I’d really like to point out the two younger gentlemen that do drive thru and kitchen.. they are awesome.
