This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts to my mother and I, so I know we will be shopping here again, but our experiences have been getting worse and worse. Even if we request a topping for a drink that is normally on the drink anyway, we often get them without it. I went in today and spent almost 20 minutes in the store, which I am not overly upset about due to it being a busy Monday morning. The cashier was nice, patient, and recorded my order properly. I hope nothing comes back on her, she did everything right and was the nicest cashier I have seen there. However, both of our sandwiches were made incorrectly despite our bag's receipt showing the correct order. I let the employees know, and when they went to fix our sandwiches, they were still incorrect. I told them a third time, and still our sandwiches were not made properly. I always order a sausage and cheese croissant with no egg, and I order two of these today, except one had egg. The first ones were both sausage and egg croissants, no cheese. They then just took the egg off, but off of both. Then they just added cheese. I just took the sandwiches since they were busy, and I didn't want to be more of a bother than I already was, but the fact that we waited roughly 20 minutes for an order that was made wrong to start and did not get fixed correctly after two verbal requests grates on me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start off by saying that I love Dunkin, itās one of my favorite places to stop and get my morning coffee before work. However, this location has repeatedly gotten my order wrong. The coffee tastes different every time (Iām a creature of habit and order the same thing almost every time) there have been occasions where it was too strong and I ended up tossing it. I stopped in today with an online order and the donuts I ordered were both the incorrect donuts I chose (I double checked my app to make sure) and I ordered a wrap, which was even labeled on the receipt attached to the bag, but I received a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Iāve called this location in the past to complain and they always seem nice and upbeat on the phone. Iām not sure if this is either a miscommunication between workers or with the dunkin app, and I would usually never post reviews but Iām so tired of my order being wrong and its becoming a waste of money when I have to throw out items that I donāt like/didnāt pay for, that I will not be returning to this location anymore. I hope they can do better...

I have 2 constant complaints however. 1) the espresso/ latte machines break down very frequently and stay broken for a considerable time AND they don't have the courtesy of putting a sign up so people don't waste their time in line only to find out they can't get lattes or macchiatos. Even after requesting that be done several times, it was not done. Very inconsiderate! I'm a customer who spends an average of $10 daily. I'm not gonna spend $ on something else because I'm now "at the window" - if anything I will leave thinking you don't care for the customers time & appreciation - I have been considering taking my business to Tm Hortons due to all the down time of your machines in Greece NY & the lack of respect for loyal customers time. Your product and direct customer service is the best but the other two complaints are becoming deal breakers for me an others I know. I'm done...
