Clover Crossings Apartments — Local services in Town of Manchester

I have lived here for 2 years and I would love to live here longer but I accepted a job offer in Syracuse so sadly I’ll be moving! Where do I begin? The apartments are all up to date, clean and very well taken care of! Allisyn and Korrie both do such an amazing job! If you have any issues no matter what it is that are always there to help in any way they can. For example Allisyn was sad to hear that I was moving and I was having trouble finding a new place in Syracuse and she actually talked with me about a few places that Sermar management owns out there and helped me get into a nice townhouse! When I first moved here she also helped me find daycare for my daughter!! They go above and beyond for all their tenants! Korrie makes the lawns look absolutely beautiful in the spring, summer and fall. He also clears all the snow off the sidewalks and puts salt down. Also, if I needed something fixed Korrie got it done right away. They are motivated and hard working! They genuinely care about everyone at this property! To me they are not just the property manager and maintenance man, they have become friends of mine and I will stay in touch with them even though I will no longer be living here. I would never recommend these jokers to anyone. They don’t take maintenance nor saftey serious, snow removal almost NEVER HAPPENS, grass never gets cut, floors are cheep snap together and repaired with “wood putty” walls have moths and bugs painted into them. Both landlords we have had in the past 5 years don’t take resident concerns nor requests serious. Maintenance crew have at several times become aggressive in your apartment… scary not worth the 1350.00 a month at all. Not professional and honestly disrespectful and very disgusting.

I am a disabled veteran of the U.S. army and they disrespect and treat me like I’m an ex con that killed someone, it’s unreal…

**Edit a month later.. the handicap person in my building just asked me to help her get out of the building, and to her car because our lot hasn’t been plowed. And nor our walk ways shoveled all weekend. It’s a sad world we live in that this place can charge for services it DOSNT PROVIDE….. again I would never recommend living in this place… the land lord also stated in an email IT IS NOT THIER RESPONSIBILITY TO SALT THE WALK WAYS…. It’s a joke…

This place is a joke. Starting with the management. When I signed the lease at first, I was told I wouldn't have to pay first month's rent due to the security deposit. A week after I'm moved in I get a call from the landlord saying how the rent was late and I needed to pay it to avoid a late fee.

Then maybe a month into my lease, I start finding mice in my cupboard and holes in the walls from the move chewing thru it. Over the course of 2 weeks I caught 10 mice! That's right. 10! And after 3 weeks of telling them to come fix the problem they just set traps. I could have done that. They then came in to seal the holes but the mice just knawed thru it. When it was all said and done the count was 12 and there are still more crawling around in the walls. It's utter disgusting and ridiculous that we are paying 830 a month plus utilities and having this kind of problem.

The management just doesn't care. And when you ask them for anything they are very reluctant. Save your money and find another place with better and more...
