I never leave reviews, but I was appalled by the service at this location. I pulled into the drive through at 5:58, and finally received my order at 6:29. I know that’s an insane time to wait without driving away, but I most definitely fell for the sunk cost fallacy this time. I was going to get something from these people. I was waiting in the drive through line by the speaker till 6:18, and there were only 2 cars in front of me to begin with. When the woman finally took my order, she apparently did not pay attention to anything I said. I finally got up to the window, and the drink I ordered was wrong. I asked if she could please remake it, and she sighed and said nothing, and then disappeared for 10 minutes. She finally came back at 6:29, and gave me my correct drink, with whipped cream on the drink, which I requested not to have. However, I was not going to ask this place to fix anything else, so I just took the drink. As I got on the thruway again, I grabbed my food out of my bag. (I totally acknowledge that I should have checked the bag before I got back on the road, that’s my bad, especially with the quality of the service so far.) But I ordered 3 cake pops and received only 1, and she gave me no straw in the bag when the cup was a design where I could not safely drink the drink without a straw, especially while driving, so I had to watch my drink melt as I drove along the thruway to my destination. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Today I went to this Starbuck after a break stop just to be met with terrible service. Karen was her name, she made my drink and I guess her “I’m having a bad day on the job” gave her the excuse to be unprofessional and snapping back at customers. I was being polite and explain to her that due to my fault one of the 4 drinks I ordered was made wrong. However, she decided to say, “So what? Do you want me to remake the drink for you?” I just said never-mind and left with the 3 other drinks. When I left the 3 drinks were made wrong but I didn’t realized until my kids mentioned it to me. I went back to ask for it to be fix just to be met with more snappy attitude. Mind you I ordered 3 Matcha Frap with extra syrup, oat milk and whipped cream. There was no extra syrup and instead I got LESS syrup and no whipped cream, not sweet enough for kids. She even said, “I asked you a specific number earlier.” In which I told her, “No you did not, please don’t put words in my mouth.” And she replied with, “I’m not having a great day right now and I’m trying to come up with a solution.” No apologies, all excuses and she was talking on her phone most of the time when I was there as well. Read moreFirst day of June 2023 7:37 am, Rebecca was or possibly is not a fit for customer service in the early morning when the weather is gorgeous, sunshine bright, and drivers needing GO-GO juice to deliver loads. She didn't speak one word of welcoming, as if I was coming to ask for free items. My drink was not Starbucks quality, but I am dealing with it, lol 2hrs later! Yesterday I wrote a positive review in Indiana and I expected poor service there only to arrive in NY to get it, lol Good thing I can look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. Rebecca hopefully you can do the same before you get my age. Greetings are a part of customer service!!!!! USE THEM you never know what a blessing you can be or even receive by jus being KIND and doing your JOB!
