Worst chick-fil-A ever! First of all, it feels like there’s no urgency in these workers. Those employees that were there on September 12, 2024, around 5 pm, the cashier we had is Esther, slow as she can be. She gives off an unfriendly aura, can’t even smile, and looks pissy, and she didn’t even give us our receipt. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food! It's fast food, and you are located in a highway. People just want to go in and out and get their food, but it took so long. There’s another girl in the register who is slowest; she can be too. She has a lot of nose peircing, which doesn’t look so sanitary working in the food industry. What really surprises us is that her family members visited her during her shift with her dog, who jumped all over her with dog hair all over her, and she also fed a chicken. And mind you, she was there in the lobby while there was a very long line of customers. It’s so gross, and the floor was so nasty. This is such a big disappointment. It seems like you guys need to educate these employees with food safety and possible food poisoning through food contamination. The newly renovated Clifton Springs service area is an excellent place to stop when you’re traveling in I-90 eastbound. The New York State Thruway Authority today announced the new Clifton Springs Service Area (I-90 eastbound, mile marker 337) in Clifton Springs, NY is now open to the public. The location is the fifth new service area to open to Thruway customers as part of the $450 million project to redevelop and modernize all 27 Thruway service areas. The Iroquois Service Area, Indian Castle Service Area, Chittenango Service Area and Junius Ponds Service Area have reopened.The Clifton Springs Service Area is located on I-90 eastbound between exit 43 (Manchester) and exit 42 (Geneva). The facility is more than 20,000 square feet, making it nearly triple the size of the first three locations to open.

The Chik Fil A needs some upper management to step into this location and do some serious training. It is by far the worst location I have ever visited. They close at 10 pm. I arrived at 9:15 pm and there were 3 staff members working. 1 cashier , 1 person handing food out and bagging, and the cook. Immediately the bagger was announcing there was no ice cream, no nuggets, no cool wraps, and 1 filet left. I was waiting patiently while I watched the cashier pour lemonades from a large plastic pale. I approached the cashier and was asked what I would like and proceeded to tell her. I was told ( not by my asking) that they close at 10 and they want to go home too 😳. Again just offered this information. Side note: I didn’t make you get this job and I’m here for a service.
