Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Manlius

Great location and serice here. Was no waiting for someone to get to the drive up window. Took my order, got my donut and coffee to go,(obviously, lol). Said thank you and left a $2 cash tip. The girl who waited on me was really quick to perfection. Her name is Madisyn or Maddy. Whatever, she was really great and had an infectious smile, a super personality ,and was very professional throughout the entire transaction process that only took maybe 2 or three minutes. The store is modern and very clean in the kitchen area. At least from what I could see as I paid my $4.32. It's nice to have a super great person like Madisyn/Maddy wait on multiple clients at once, and never lose her place in either order. Not one misstep with her. I'll shop there again. I've been there about 8 or so times got the order right the first 4 times I went and then messed it up the rest of the time. No one reads what's on ur labels that tell them what's supposed to be in there and they don't check the bag to make sure the food is in there. Which is sad bc it's really close to where I live and now I don't know if I want to go there again if there gonna mess it up. They also after completing my order and wonder why I was frustrated that they didn't get my order right correctly and said "well u got it now so why r u frustrated" which is not the point the point is that it should be right...

Usally I like going here every once in a while, today I stopped in the morning and waited 32 minutes in the drive thru. I waited a good 10 minutes to even get noticed because they put coffee in my matcha iced latte so after sitting there waieving and waiting even though I could see 3 employees standing and talking I finally honk my horn to then the older lady giving me attitude. I finally got my food, my bagel wasn't toasted and cream cheese all over the bottom of the bag my toast wasn't toasted either ...... they seemed very annoyed and gave me cold food for...
