Anybody who knows Marion knows it's a cute gem that if you blink you will miss by driving around it on Route 21. It has been hard for restaurants to be successful here, but Casa Mexicana is looking to stay! Staff gave us the right amount of attention, friendly smiles and time to make our selections. The owner came out to greet dinner rush that came in which was nice to see such hospitality has not died. Food presentation was appetizing and thankfully the food was delicious. They are still new, so working out their bumps still such as liquor license, soft drink machine had not arrived and they have not added their own decoration touches to the bare walls. This is the only reason I could not give it 5 stars.... Yet!! Looking forward to returning to see brilliant decorations and enjoy delicious adult beverage! Fyi they have compromised with bottle water and canned soft drinks to get by until machine arrives. If you are looking for a delicious finish to your meal we highly recommend the Chimi Cheesecake or Fried Ice cream. Total bill before tip for 4 of us w/tax was $73.96 averaging about $18.49 each for dinner, beverage and two desserts.

Casa Mexicana catered our company Holiday Party this year, and it was a huge hit! Spending money locally is a big theme for our company, and the ownership of Casa Mexicana made it easy. The owner was very accommodating from the get-go, making time to meet with us to select and suggest appropriate dishes and portions. He was available for regular communication as the event date approached, and left us feeling confident that our large order would arrive hot and delicious. Indeed, that it did - delivered right on time, which was important so the food didn't get cold or keep people waiting. Our menu included enchiladas, fajitas, beans, rice, chips and generous portions of sour cream, salsa, and fresh guacamole. Portion sizes were generous, plenty for all of our guests plus take home extras! Great food, friendly accurate service and reasonable pricing made this a big WIN! THANK YOU!

My best friend and I tried Casa Mexicana tonight for the first time. The building is cozy and clean and very well kept. The music was tasteful and at a nice listening level. Sam our waiter was super courteous and friendly and attentive. Our chips and salsa were great! I enjoyed a blueberry margarita which was awesome! Our food came quickly, was hot, large portions and really delicious! She had the ACP and I had the Moljacete without the shrimp. So yummy! I also tried a mango margarita which was great! The prices were good, the food amazing, the drinks great, and the customer service was unlike anywhere I have been. Definitely highly recommend this restaurant and will be back!

First time eating here with the Lady, the food here was great!.. that is if you don’t mind waiting 35 minutes for it to get to your table. There were a total of 3 tables being served at the time. We spoke the waiter twice, once to place our order, and the second time was to ask what our order was again so he could tell the cook to “hurry up”. Once we finally got our food and began to eat, I had already drank my drink an needed a refill, it took 5 minutes for them to notice and I had to ask the BUS boy for a refill since our waiter seemed to busy talking to others at one of the other 2 tables. Not to mention he was giving them free shots and he was drinking right along with them. Also not to mention that the cook himself did the exact same thing. I waited 15 whole minutes for my refill! no joke I was nearly done with my food when my refill was finally brought to me. When it came time to pay I was met with an outrageous price and we were charged $4.25 per drink. As we went to pay the waiter cracked a joke that came off as rather disrespectful to the lady and I, to probably try and get on our good side after the terrible experience. No tip. And for a fair review I’ll be leaving one star. The food was in fact delicious though, but come ON guys! Get...

Stopped in on the way home from Rochester. The server was very friendly. Service was great! They are still working with soda/tea machine issue. Chips and salsa were on the table seconds after we were seated! I ordered the tamale combo plate (3 tamales, rice, beans). My husband ordered the enchilada combo (3 cheese(you can choose chicken or beef or combination)enchiladas, ric, beans). Being from Texas, I was apprehensive. The rice and beans were really good! The salsa needed a bit more heat, but had a good taste overall. I was a little disappointed with the tamales as the server said they were pork, but ended up being chicken. Not a big deal, they were still good. I did feel the masa was a bit too thick. My husband enjoyed the enchiladas. He said they were just right. The sauce had good flavor, not too mild, just the right amount of heat. We now have a new place to get our fix! I'm sure we...
