Biscossi's Pizza Time — Restaurant in Town of Milton

Oh hell yeaaaaa! I had seen their vehicle making a delivery to my neighbor. I had just moved into the area and made the mistake of going online and ordering from D'Andrea pizza (not a fan) and was hoping to find better pizza and more. Well, I did, I now have two places for great pizza and wings. The garlic parmesan wings are fantastic as is their pizza and the food alway arrives hot. For those nights, we just don't want to cook as we have a 45-minute commute home on a good night. This is a go-to. I am so glad I looked them up after seeing the delivery car, and looking at their menu, I am a happy camper now. I recently tried their meatball parm hero and their American sub, and mmmm, so good. If you're local, you have to give them a try. My fav is sausage and cheese pizza so far with wings on the side. Update 11/17/23 Oh, hell no! My review based on my first order is a far cry from my last three orders, which this is my last! Over an hour to be delivered, the last three times I've ordered only to get barely lukewarm pizza and wings . Tonight was the last straw, I asked for crispy wings, not even close. The pizza and wings were almost cold. Then I went to open the pizza box and was met with a smell of a musty old basement. I asked my fiancee to smell a slice to make sure it just was not me. She said no, it had a strange smell. She said It almost smelled like bleach, and it was cold. It also did not look appealing and tasted bland. The cheese I spoke of meaty and greasy the way I liked it the first time I tried it was now dry and flavorless pizza, the smell found its way on to the pizza and added to it less than desirable taste. Each time, the quality and taste have gotten progressively worse, and to have to wait over an hour each time for cold and nasty pizza at almost 50 bucks is not worth it, I will go elsewhere. It's sad as the first experience I thought was great, and since it has been an ongoing letdown! Half a pie in the garbage and wings, I will have to refire myself to make sure...

The reason why I put a low rate ... I usually go there most of time .. the other services is kind and friendly doing great job make me happy .. till now I went there today at the noon .. I m deaf and hard of hearing with my service dog . The young lady serving was rude didn’t ask for drink just a meal of order ... then I went to other person the front cashier really polite... forget about drink and get silica of pizza and she said want heat up then I say yes please... she is really kind so appreciate... the other services was so rude bring salad with vinegar something weird in it don’t know what that .. I ask her what is this .. she said different kind of oil in vinegar then I told her I m sorry I can’t have that want to change blue cheese and she rolling her eyes and give me ugly attitude... I don’t understand why she do that to me not to other customers I don’t get it and I don’t even know her she is new to me . And she bring meatballs sub doesn’t look neat and I start go ahead and eat and taste funny then she came to me want a box .. I was out of blue I didn’t ask for it I just sit while I eating .. she is so rude .. effect me sickness upset stomach I m not really happy make me stop going there ... I came to cashier ask her I want to speak manager and I told him about it ... I decide want get box go home and I throw food away so I waste to pay for it ... I m really miss other older lady was so great service to me I have nothing problems there at all till now ... the person is so rude and give me really nasty .. I m not really happy so I stop go there so disappointed I m really loved that place . I m sorry I have to comment this for a good reason for...

09/01/2025 Sadly Must give an update. Not sure what has changed with Biscossi's but last 2 orders we were Very Disappointed. 1st= there is no mention of a 4$ delivery fee which is not on their website and would make a difference for some when the final receipt comes more than quoted on the phone. 2nd= the veggie pizza ordered a week ago, although was nasty, the pizza dough under all the toppings was gooey and even putting it in the oven to crisp up it wouldnt just stayed gooey. 3rd= the pasta tonight was over cooked and the pasta was chopped up like going to feed it to a baby type of chopping it up so tiny. Absolutely no taste at all. Couldn't eat it even with adding Italian spices here at home. Realize it's from a cook not a chef but .... over boiled pasta then chopped up tiny? ... nope sorry ... Lastly the cherries on the cake must have been kept in a tin can for quite sometime as they had a strong tinnie taste and made my tongue sore so couldn't eat those so scraped off the cake. All in all.....so sorry Biscossi's but you lost a customer.
