I was here today to get something sweet for my kids & myself, after coming back to say our last good buys to our paw friend whom passed away😭! We were ordering from our coupons/rewards which I thought we earned them due to previous purchases, Julia a new employee there was very rude to us when we asked for help with the app! I asked her if she can help me with the app (there was no customers) & her respond was "no that's not my job & i'm new here" so i asked for her name & she asked me why, if i was going to talk to her manager i was like "oh yes i am" she was like "omg uyyyy im scared i don't care it won't affect me" and laughed ! (I figured she's related to the manager) I did speak to manager & he apologized although i told him i want her to apologize but he didn't make that happen! unfortunately people like her the company keeps because those people are willing to work despite their rudeness! Read moreI have been getting my coffee for 2 months now here because it is the closest one and I have come to the conclusion that driving the extra mile to another dunkin is better than dealing with getting the wrong coffee everyday. At least 5 days a week coffee is ordered from here and I have a higher percentage chance of them getting my coffee wrong than I do right. Mind you every order is done on the app so I don't understand how they can mess something up so many times it somehow becomes a habit. Lastly the only thing I will say is the man who works the drive-thru has the patience of a saint dealing with the staff he deals with because he will also correct them if he catches the order is jacked up when he hands it to me. He is the only reason why I continued to give them a chance because he is very friendly no matter what so I applaude him. Read moreThey are awful, I believe it’s the manager he’s an older Hispanic male and he’s rude. I come from retail and customer service for the past 14 years and he’s not it. He rushed the order, which I was trying to explain how I wanted my one hot coffee and kept saying is that it is that it like 4 times. In then forgot to order a frozen coffee so at the window I asked if I could add on a coffee and he very rudely said nope get back in line, but had no problem swiping my card being a paying customer you would think he’d attend to the customers need for 1 item. After he made me go back in line which I ended up walking in, I waited for almost 10 minutes just for a frozen coffee which they passed off to three different people by the way I finally got to work with donuts for the team and the two coffees (one I did not think to open and look at before pulling away) was just a straight black coffee!
