I will not go back again. A few months ago I ordered the turkey, bacon and cheddar on a Panini WITHOUT tomatoes. I hate tomatoes. I pick up my order, drive 12 min back to the hangar only to find out they gave me the sandwich with tomatoes. I call, re-order (without tomatoes) and drive back over to pick up my new sandwich. I specifically asked if they remembered to NOT put tomatoes on the sandwich. The young lady's response "Oh yes sir, there are NO tomatoes on your sandwich this time." Ok... thanks. I start driving away (mistake #1). As I'm driving away, I decide to look anyway... well, Tomatoes. I immediately turn around and take the sandwich back... Her response "Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't think there were any tomatoes on it." She then asks me "can we just take the tomatoes off or do you want a new one.... " Well, its a Panini so... how about a new one. 20 min later I'm finally on my way back to the hangar.

Mistake #2... after about a two month hiatus, I decided to give them another try. I ordered the same sandwich... turkey, bacon, cheddar WITHOUT tomatoes. The young lady even read it back to me.... I go pick it up (12 min one way) and come back to the hangar, mistake #3, I did look.... well, the gave me some sandwich with peppers on it... I called and went back again to get the correct sandwich.

I will NOT be making a 'Mistake #4.' Matson's Deli has just as good, if not better sandwiches and they have yet to mess up my order once in the year and a half I've been going to...

I’ve been ordering from here since I was a kid, they were always good. But now, if I was able to give less than 1 star, I would. A few days ago we ordered a pizza and it got delivered to us almost completely raw. Mind you, we live 30 seconds down the road and waited 45 minutes for a raw pizza. I called and they sent a new pizza(waiting another 45 minutes). This pizza was also not cooked all the way but I really didn’t want to wait yet another 45 minutes. Today, we gave them another chance and ordered 2 American combos and 1 order of fries. We waited an hour for them to be delivered. There was hardly any meat at all on either sandwich and it tasted like they only put vinegar on them and no oil. I bit into a French fry and it tasted like fish. I stopped by to drop off pizza for my team and grab a bite for myself. Right off the bat — and without knowing I’d be interacting with John (I’m assuming the owner) — I was blown away by how warm and pleasant he was. He took time to go over the menu and greeted every customer with the same genuine enthusiasm. He runs his business with the care and energy of a grand opening, giving every guest a white-glove experience.

Vanessa, who was at the POS, was just as kind and helpful… she printed my receipt for expenses without hesitation, and my large order was handled smoothly without ever feeling like an inconvenience. They even offered me a sample of their Bang Bang Sauce slice, which I had never tried before — and it was incredible!
