Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Town of Montgomery

I love Pizza Hut bread sticks! I only can get them at certain truck stops so when we’re at one I get them no matter what:) But this time they were awful…seriously. They don’t look so bad in the pik? But yuck! They were hard smh. I was told they had just come out when I came back inside with them & coming in off the road the last thing I wanna do is argue over wether or not they were just put into window. But I’m telling you they were not fresh:/ all I wanted was to get something to drink & the breadsticks & get back out to my truck. Woulda been nice if she had just exchanged them for me but nope:/ Also, the sides of marinara are already on the small size? & mine was barely half full....

Worst service ever ordered 12 wings she said Be ready in 7 minutes, I go to the store to get a few items come back stand and wait while waiting another driver ordered four item meal which has wings included he leaves go to the store I’m still waiting he comes back they say his order is ready and gives him my wings saying they don’t remember me ordering and I been standing their the whole time with my receipt so I had to wait even longer to get my wings cooked again...

Lovely food and staff Great customer service from Brittany and ms. Carol Always hot and fresh food. They have great deals as well too so ask them and they’ll save you a buck or two !
