Stewart's Shops — Restaurant in Town of New Lebanon

If you stop at the Stewart’s in New Lebanon, NY, be careful when having the audacity to ask for more toilet paper for the restrooms. I’m sure most of the employees are perfectly nice, but the woman I had the misfortune of asking (I wish I’d had the presence of mind to ask her name) was very annoyed that I asked. When she asked me which bathroom was out and I took a moment to turn and confirm which side it was on, I was told to “pick one or the other, the right or the left,” and when she brought the paper over, she was very irritated not to be able to go in and check the other bathroom. It was not until I finished washing my hands that I realized the bathroom was out of paper towels as well, but I didn’t dare tell anyone but the poor soul waiting to use it next. Customer service (or what passes for it these days) certainly...

I give a 5 + !!!!!! These girl's handle a Huge and I mean Huge amount of customers in that store. It's unbelievable the dedication and hard work they put in. They are always working and smiling . Also one of their best employees is working more shifts there now so we are all lucky . Less wait , Clean store , always stocked , of course plenty of ice cream and a smile . Stopped here last night after an event wanting some food. It was just before 10:30pm (they close at midnight) and I asked for a pizza to be made. The young girl looked at me and said the oven is off for the night. All I wanted was some fresh food from a local “friendly” place and I ended up leaving with their last two hockey pucks that they called hamburgers. I was so hungry I somehow managed to eat it. They need to start putting times on the food. There is no way that was less than 6 hours...
