Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of New Windsor

Worst experience. Placed a mobile order for a bagel and two iced lattes that were totally different. One was a large iced latte with whole milk and 6 caramel, the other was a large iced latte with oat milk and 5 brown sugar toffee, also ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese.

The guy who greeted me at the drive thru whispered "dunkin donuts" twice when I pulled up before I realized he was trying to take my order. Told him I had a mobile order. He asked me at the window what I ordered even though i just placed the order less than a minute beforehand. He gave me two plain iced lattes, not labeled, and 10 glazed munchkins. Not at all what I ordered. Then when I asked him to make them the right way he just put the flavors in there, not the right amount either. Didnt remake the one with oatmilk. I had to go back inside and was met with attitude from a smaller girl that was counting tips at the window while I waited for my order. I had to argue with her about the oatmilk latte, I worked for Dunkin for 6 years so I know what it's supposed to look like. I watched her remake the one with oatmilk for my brother who is lactose intolerant, it still didnt taste right and neither did mine. They didn't give...

They routinely mess up my coffee and have to remake the order but... This particular day I went inside and ordered a frozen coffee. 3 people ordered, got their order and left, I still had to get someone's attention to see where my frozen coffee was. They then went to make it, she gave me a frozen hot chocolate, I told her it was sopposed to be a frozen coffee, then she gave me a mocha frozen coffee, I told her my order again and finally got my frozen coffee that tasted like pure cream. On other occasions when they gave me a white frozen coffee and I asked them to remake it, I was told" That's hows it made and I dont know what to tell you" needless to say they tell made it correctly in the end. This is dunkin donuts on rt 9w in New Windsor is convenient for me because it's close to my home, but with the time I waste there trying to get something as simple as a coffee from a coffee place, it's really not that...

I went to the Dunkin store in new Windsor on 9W in NY. 2915 Nys Rte 9 WNew Windsor, NY 12553 United States. I was only 1 of 2 cars in the parking lot and I went to drive through ordered my food and I was the only car in drive through lane and I see 2 associates in the store and both of them look at me so I know they see me and I see my entire food and drink order placed down on the window section so all they had to do was checkout me out and hand me my food since I know it was done already. And they just both kept looking and walking away acting like they were busy. So after a few minutes I stuck up my hand so they can see and counted down from 5 and then left never had so many issues with Dunkin except at that store they always either are super slow, or make your order wrong or now don’t even give you food or...
