My husband & I had patronized this restaurant on & off for many years when it was under the name of Mina's. FORTUNATELY, NOW IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED BY MARIA a wonderful & very friendly woman who was a great waitress at Mina's for many years. Maria is very experienced running a food business in ALL area's of FOOD PREPARATION, SERVICE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, CLEANLINESS & DECOR. The restaurant has been updated with two new beautiful outdoor signs, interior repainted in a bright cheerful color, the service is excellent & the staff is truly friendly, well trained & oh so pleasing. Previously known as Minas Kitchen, Maria's has taken this to the next level. Maria's dishes are not only authentic Spanish food with authentic flavor, the portion sizes are bigger and proportionate.
