Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

Came here with my family on thanksgiving. Whoever is manager needs to set their priorities. On a holiday there was only one employee, taking orders, making drinks, doing walk in orders, making food, and keeping up on donut case. The employee wasn’t the problem what so ever however no manager should EVER allow there to be ONE employee on shift for a holiday. He did amazing there was a lot of pressure and a line through the door. You aren’t making any more money because half of us felt bad even ordering more than a drink or two. Anyway not only is it a security issue having only one person in the building it’s literally taught in DDU training that at least two people should be on shift at all times. he was STRESSED and still managed to mask it for customer service prioritization. Someone give him a raise a promotion. He deserves better than whatever he’s getting right now. This is why this location has such a high employee turnaround. Just sad. Even the simple food was messed up. Bagel barley had any butter on it and was dry. But the employees are the worst I have experienced at a Dunkin. I sat inside with my son. They were lazy. Barely wanted to take anyone's order. But they complained about customers, especially someone who did curb side pickup. They said that people can get out of their cars, that COVID isn't a thing, that people just sit in there cars expecting them to deliver their food. That COVID is excuse for laziness. Possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever been to. I frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts once a week for about two months, and every single time without fail my food is either cold/burnt/wrong or when I place a mobile order items aren’t even in the bag. The service is pleasant enough, but not enough to justify ruining my mornings with actually inedible food. Some people may think to bring whatever bad food back in to be remade, I’ve tried, the food returns back simply inedible in the same or different ways.
