NY Hometown Deli — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

I’ve ordered from this deli multiple times. Food is always great the owner and staff are very friendly with the exception of one employee. I think he is the owners son and is always very rude and when he is working orders are never correct. Today I called in an order and ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches and chicken tenders with fries. When I got there to pick up he went to give me bacon and cheese on a roll. I explained to him this is not what I ordered and he argued back and forth with me telling me I was wrong so I left without any food. This employee should NOT be dealing with customers at all. Finally, a place to get a sandwich around here! I'm somewhat new to the area and it really sucked for a while not being able to find a real sandwich, just Suckway or Quickecchh or similar. Not taking away from Quick check, good for what they are, but I was seeking a sandwich, an Italian combo in particular, like I used to get when I was a kid. Then, I came across NY Hometown Deli, thankfully. Breakfast? On point. Lunch and dinner? Worth every cent even if they charged more (please don't though ;). Our salon orders from here frequently, close by.. Lately, when I pickup our order, it's not correct & they find a way to charge extra .. For example- ordered a turkey Blt $9, picked it up & NO TURKEY( they said they wld take care of it "next time").. Coworker ordered a beautiful salad for less than $7 JEALOUS! OK I was pushed on time so I ordered 2 bagels w/ nothing( no toast, straight 2 a bag $2.49 +tax) I received 1 & questioned & was told I only paid 4 ONE bagel?!! Menu says $2 for bagel & CC, More W/NOTHING??!! Paid almost $6 w/ tip for 2 bagels in saran wrap😠 Nunca mas!! Ellos son ladrones.....
