Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Newfane

Honestly really not impressed with Mark's anymore. I have been going there for years and the stuff was to die for I swear. I havent gotten it in a while and it was always pretty good and so I decided to get it tonight for dinner. I ordered a simple cheese and pepperoni pizza and an order of wings. For starters the pizza was overdone and my crust was actually black and in the bottom burnt as well. Was not really impressed with that when biting into it and expecting alot more. Then the wings. How do you over cook wings? Most of my wings were same thing way over cooked and almost not even edible. I dont know anyone that wants to eat chicken wings that are like rocks. I called and complained which I hate doing but when I spent alot of money on it most people would agree that they would want there money back. They came back and said that they couldn't give me a refund for whatever reason. They said they could only remake the food which at this point isnt worth it to me personally to drive all the way back and possibly get the same thing. Seems like one thing is true. Ingredients and diffrent things go up and quality goes down. Really not impressed. I'll get pizza and food from a diffrent place from now on. Huge shoutout to you Mark's for losing a very...

Totally dissatisfied with their service. My wife and sister-in-law got sick from one of their pizzas, I did not get sick because I did not eat it. When my wife called the next day to explain that she had gotten sick, they refused to even entertain the thought that it could have been from their pizza, and they kept repeating that it was impossible. My wife wanted them to check into the situation and figure out what went wrong. They continued to steamroll my wife, refusing to listen to what she had to say and do something about it. I decided to call back myself and explain that he was very rude and I didn't like how he talked to my wife. Then I tried to explain the situation to him, and he kept saying it was impossible again. He refused to apologize for how he spoke to my wife, refused any sort of refund,and refused to do anything like look into who prepared it. This is surprising because we were frequent customers of Mark's, but now we will not be ordering from them...

The emplyees are nice. The pizza is awful. It's very doughy and in my opinion undercooked. I also think the subs are a rip off. They charge way too much money for a weak sub. They definately skimp on the meat. The menu is expensive especially for how bad it is but there are always coupons sent out through the mail which helps. The sweet sauce is very good and the online ordering is great. If you're looking for better pizza in Newfane Cafora's is the only one who actually cooks thier pizza right.
