12-8-2024 @3:56pm Went to drive thru, order two $5. dollar gift cards , pulled up to pay @ window , guy says $10. reach to my purse to give him $20.bill , took me possible 5 seconds, he shut window he cop a attuide instantly , had to wait few muinte before opened it again , for him to take my money I asked for receipt also takes the money hands me back receipt $10. w/receipt folded gift card inside it was good thing check to make sure they both in between the money and receipt the was ONLY ONE GIFT CARD. I ordered two $5. each so beeped my horn and guy came over window told there only one gift card , he made half turn gave me the other , which was just sitting on counter. he didn;t even have look for it i think I caught him possible stealing if I hadn;t checked inside the folded receipt I ended up only one gift card and he would had the other one I think possible he ripping people off (MAYBE ) check your gift cards are all there when ordering them before you drive off...

All cars were dealt with before we even got a hello Staff looks overworked and underpaid thus taking their anger and frustration out on us. Asked for a pretzel bun- Girl didn't even look. Says we all out. I turn and point a few inches away from us both to show her- YOU HAVE A WHOLE RACK. She sighs, grabs the food- slams our order about. Their featured item. They make a cold iced one and I have them correct it to only receive a half cup of it as if its normal. Secondly I get an ice cap with 1 shot of expresso. This is something my other half orders often and he can always tell when we're charged for expresso and don't receive it. This establishment needs to have better quality checks.
