Subway — Restaurant in Town of Newfane

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to this time. I have DoorDashed from this location several times and every single time I have a problem with my order, one time they were out of fresh mozzarella so they just put no cheese on my sub. The next time I ordered two chocolate chip cookies and received one chocolate chip and one oatmeal. And one time I when I DoorDashed it took an hour and a half and I still hadn’t received my order so I ended up cancelling it. Then on 11/22 I went in the store hoping it would be better if I actually went in but nope… I went in needing to order two subs. First off the girl at the counter making my sub had a really bad attitude. I asked for extra cheese and she most definitely did not put it on my sub (but charged me for it) when she threw that sub In the toaster, she didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything else, she just proceeded to make the next guys sub (she also gave him attitude) Another girl came over and I told her I also needed another sub but she just ignored me. We had ordered online. Got there a few minutes after our order was supposedly ready for pick up. There were only two workers and a line of 7 customers. They were working hard, attempting to make multiple orders at the same time while still engaging the customers treating them like friends. It was encouraging to see. While I wasn't happy waiting an extra 10 minutes I couldn't be upset at all. This subway is hiring and I hope they get more employees like the ones that were working tonight. I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at the service I received at the subway in wrights corners I have been on a low carb diet and ADAM suggested the protein bowl steak and cheese I was able to add everything spinach black olives banana peppers etc he was very accommodating and also helped me select condiments low carb I will recommend everyone I know to visit Adam as it does not show up on the menu but he knew what I wanted and it was absolutely delicious.
