McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Newstead

This is got to be the worst experience Ive ever had at any McDonalds. I ordered a fish sandwich, french fries and a vanilla milkshake. I got the order for dine in. They only put a half of slice of American cheese on it. I asked for no salt fries. But they had a cake load of salt on it. And the milkshake was absolutely flat like I was drinking plain milk. So I went back to have them change the entire order and make it all fresh and put a full slice of cheese on there. And again I looked in the fish sandwich and a half a slice of cheese is on there again. They said they only put a half a slice on I said I want a full slice. So listen to me and they did it. The dining room was absolutely dirty, sticky floors. Dead flies on the window sill. And on top of all that the manager is an absolutely miserable person. the bathrooms on the other hand are disgusting. It smelled of urine. And the toilets were absolutely stained. Filthy garbage cans. This McDonalds is pure trash. Go somewhere...

Super busy had to wait a bit in drive thru but not too long ..my order (1/4) pounder with cheese …ordered extra ketchup, extra onion and it was hot and delish and correct. This menu item is now shipped fresh to restaurants so enjoy!! It’s higher quality than Burger King ….but all of Wendy’s burger meat is shipped fresh! So the benefit(and big deal) is that to be shipped fresh it is a higher quality grade! I also ordered a large soda with no ice and at this particular Mc Donald’s If ordered that way it takes longer to get as it needs to be filled by the inside soda machine because their new system doesn’t allow the ‘no ice’ option .other McDonald’s have figured out how to remedy this but not this one in lehigh! This restaurant is 24hrs and there is always a line even at 2am!! But I keep coming back because staff is friendly and...

I came in to get something quick to eat with my kids, food came up pretty quick, but when I went to get a table they were ALL dirty.. There was only ONE other table being sat at, I walked around checking all of them looking for a clean one, meanwhile two employees were just standing at the register watching and chatting, then I went and sat my tray down, wet a pike of napkins and proceeded to wipe a table down, all while what I assume was the manager, she was the (only one in a blue shirt) with butterfly tattoos all down her arm..just stood and litterally watched me struggle to wipe the table down and keep my kids in one spot .. The lady just stood there..... And then went out for her cigarette.. Then my chicken tenders were dark hard pieces of rock. This place sucks . hands down the worst McDonald's ive...
