WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, i would stay clear of this establishment. If there was a zero star option that's what i would chose. Owners are very ignorant/arrogant and refuse to own up to their mistakes. They act as if you are hassling them when you have an issue. I have given yogis way to many second chances out of desperation and each time i regret my decision. On one occasion, i ordered a sub which was made incorrectly. It shouldn't of had cheese due an allergy, before i even drove away i took a look at it because they are known to make a lot of mistakes, just as i suspected it did contain cheese. Brought it back in where i was greeted with an attitude, they reluctantly agreed to correct it. In their mind they thought they would just pull a fast one by just scraping off the cheese as best as they could and giving it back to me like i wasn't going to notice. This just goes to show that if they are this stingy and lack that much integrity to not want to replace a sub that they messed up, what's really going on in the kitchen behind closed doors?
Most recently I ordered a triple order of chicken fingers. When I got them home the aluminum foil base they use was adhered to the fingers. Gave them a call and they stated as i quote "this happens all the time and that you should eat them faster to avoid this". Pretty much saying that they know about the situation but don't care enough to fix it. Instead of just offering to remake the food to please the customer like any good restaurant would do, they again reluctantly offered to replace only the effected fingers but wanted me to return what was uneatable, probably so they could fill another customers order with my defective food. I would suggest saving your time and money and avoiding a lot of aggregation by simply staying away from this place and the people within it. You are better off driving to transit road to get some quality food before patronizing the owners of this restaurant who clearly display how much they DONT care about they people who spend their hard earned money with them. Low quality customer service, Low quality processed food and extremely high prices. You make your own decision but i have certainty made mine,...
Read moreI’m not one to complain about local businesses but if they are unable to cater the needs of their local programs I have an issue with it. The pizza is usually alright from here but the customer/phone service is lacking! As soon as someone picked up I was placed directly on hold which is understandable but by placed on hold I mean I could hear all on going conversations within the bar/restaurant as well as complaints from employees about the lunch rush they were receiving. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and short with me, I requested a walk over to ONE street over for the program I run and she stated that there was no way at all that they could do it but when I arrived to pick up the pizza’s myself the shop looked completely dead! Not a customer in sight besides myself! I ordered a sheet pizza which is always a square cut and being as they do not have such I received 2 large pizza’s, neither of which were square cut. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing because up until this point we haven’t had any issues with Yogi’s. Overall the customer service was poor and I am pretty disappointed that the directions on my order were...
Read moreThe owner, shaved head and beard, is arrogant. I ordered a steak sub, asked for it toasted and mentioned the last one I got wasn't toasted. He looked at me and said we toast all of our subs, then rolled his eyes. Then he asked me if I wanted this sub, another steak sub, extra toasted. I said no, just toasted. When I got the sub the roll was spongy, like it was microwaved. There were no crisp, toasted sections on the roll. And no coloration that one would get when properly toasting a roll. He obviously told the person making the sub not to toast my roll, but nuke it for a few seconds. If that is not the case, then he has no idea what a toasted roll is. This guy needs to look at customers as a benefit instead of acting like he is doing them a favor by making food they order. Just to add, in response to the owner's reply, he rolled his eyes as he turned away from me and thought I wouldn't notice. I'm not trying to slam anyone's business, in fact I know many chef/restaurant owners and have been in the pizzeria business myself, I was making an objective observation about my food and treatment...
