Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of North Greenbush

Usually i don't prefer to write reviews but I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the treatment I received from your management team during my recent visit on 07/10/2025, 9:00PM at your store.

I ordered the pizza at the store from my mobile app and i went into the store immediately and informed to the guy who is standing at cutting table it's a clean cut . The time when my pizza is out from the oven i saw the lady is cutting my pizza i just reminded her it's a clean cut. Immediately she raised her voice by saying it's clean, she turned out very aggressive, dismissive attitude, she started murmuring herself which I found to be unprofessional and very much disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect courteous and fair treatment, and this experience fell far short of that standard. I felt very bad the way she behaved with me. I seriously suggest the management to have a respectful staff who behaves properly with their customers.

During my visit on 06/24/2025, After we waited 20-25 min we got the order. Me my sister & my Fiance decided to have the food by sitting in the dining hall. The time when we are having the food the flies were fallen into food and my fiance got pissed off and he left the food and went outside immediately . The trash can which is behind us is completely full and no space to trash the pizza boxes. The store main door was kept completely open by the time we visit the store. Lot of These conditions made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about food safety and overall sanitation. Even while we are waiting for our food the horrible thing is big big mosquitoes are biting like anything.

I observed several hygiene issues like dirty floors, unclean tables, overflowing trash bins. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any food service environment.

It's my mistake to visit the store but I'm never going to visit this store again, Please be very careful to place the orders from this store who is...

I have been debating on whether or not to start doing this whole google review stuff, but after tonight’s experience I feel that I must. So this will be my first ever review on here. I have been ordering dominos pizza for well over 12 years now from Colonie / Albany area. I recently moved out past East Greenbush. So I decided to give this new dominos in Rensselaer a shot. All I can say is WOW. This is Literally THE best pizza I’ve ever gotten from dominos. EVER. I’m fat. I like double toppings and all that fat stuff. I never feel like I get what I pay for or rather even the employee making the food ever cared about putting double or extra on the pizza. Again, I’ve been ordering dominos in the Albany / Colonie area for many years. So Im used to getting a certain product. The staff here at this Rensselaer location are also very friendly, just another plus. Very different employee attitude here at this location than what I’m used to. So all in all, this experience at the Rensselaer location has single handily changed my ENTIRE experience with dominos pizza. Owners / corporate dominos take note, this location is what the city locations need to be like. Amazing food AND great friendly staff. I am also planning to call the store and speak to the manager and give my credit to their employees. Truly a very wonderful experience. I highly recommend anyone to try...

I feel bad because I have a hurt knee so I use curbside but I've had the same guy meet me at the door and he always has a smile. It just warms my heart.

To add to my previous post, I went to Domino's tonight and I encountered a man that was working alone. I think his name is Jeremy or Jerry ( I'm so sorry I forgot your name) He was making orders for delivery and for the vehicles in the parking lot. Including myself. I watched him work and was managing. I would have went crazy. I normally order curbside and I told him since he was busy I can hop in and grab it and he said he will bring it to me and just relax, he appreciates my patience. He said all this with a smile on his face. He prepared everything in a prompt manor , you would think he had magical helpers in there with him. He was so apologetic and informative, he was more worried about me in the car as he threw up fingers to show how much longer. I would have waited an hour if I had to. He was cooking and bringing out the orders to our cars. He needs a day or 2 off with pay because he did an amazing job. He was alone and still was making the company money, so selfless. I couldn't thank him enough. His hard work didn't go unnoticed. If you see him, tell him job well done. I hope he gets...
