Do NOT order take out from here. The pickup time was 6:10. When I got there at 6:12, I was told they hadn’t started my order yet and that I should come back in 15-20 mins. I came back at 6:30, I was told they were in the oven and it would be 5 more minutes. As I was waiting, everyone who came in to pick up was told they had to wait longer as well. At 6:50 I asked the check out girl what was going on with my order and I watched her talk to the guys in the kitchen and they took my pizzas, that were already boxed, off of a shelf. I waited for nothing. Then was handed pizzas that had clearly been sitting. When expressing my disappointment, some little girl behind the counter gave me attitude about the fact that I wasn’t happy. She indicated that I should not have expected by order to be ready in 30 mins when they have taken at least 1hr 20 mins since she got there at 4pm. She should be taught how to speak to customers ( dark haired short teenager with makeup on her face like she was bleeding…nice touch around food ) Not once did anyone apologize or sympathize for how long I had waited…would have gone a long way. Then when I called to speak to the manager…same attitude and response…maybe it was the little girls brother. I will be sure to let everyone I know that if they want to order pizza for pick up, to definitely not go to LaBella’s….now I understand why they ask for the tip when you order rather than when you actually get your food. Wish I asked for...

ordered 2 bacon and blue cheese burger over The phone I was told the cost was $17.71. I got the burgers off the Labella wynantskill website on Google.the menu quoted the price at 6.99 for an all included burger.. blue cheesebacon lettuce tomato for 6.99 with fries. I added a slice of cheese to each burger. I get to the restauranto pick it up and they give me 1 burger with the toppings for. $ 17.71. I told them the menu on Google said 6.99.How can it be $ 17.71. They said it is rung up as a Labella burger plus additionaextra items.. No thanks!! I am not paying 35 dollars for 2 burgers and fries.. Goodbye Labells!l charges for each topping adding up to $17.71. I Asked to see a menu. No menu for me to see unless I scan it on my phone. I can't scan on my phone. I said I don't want your burger. I can buy a steak for 17 dollars then I would have to double the price because I wanted 2 burgers. They never said on the phone that all the toppings which were originally on the burger on the Google site were an extra charge for each one. No more will I ever order from there again for anything. At the very least they could have mentioned on the phone that there were additional...
