Food at a wedding is a funny thing. Everyone wants good food at their wedding, but often times in the maelstrom of chaos that is the actual day most people simply recall it as "pretty good". Provisions does better.

Emily, Anthony, and their team worked with us to create our dream menu while keeping in our modest budget. They understood the vibe and energy we were aiming for in our wedding. We wanted a stationed buffet, where guests could sample multiple dishes instead of just having one. They worked with us and crafted options that ensured that every guest had multiple options to choose from. We had an absolutely amazing tasting where we cleaned our plates entirely

During the planning phase, Emily was a super clear and effective communicator. We knew exactly what we needed to get to her and when, and if she needed something from us there was no confusion about that. On the day of our wedding the Provisions team executed everything perfectly. So many guests came up to us loving both the quality of the food and variety of it. Make sure you try their pulled pork and balsamic chicken, both of those were huge hits!

If we ever have another event that we need catering fore, we're definitely going to see if provision can do it. As soon as we can make our way back up to them we're going to be getting some takeout because we weren't able to eat as much as we wanted during our...

I’ve now had the pleasure of experiencing Provisions at two weddings, and both times they completely exceeded expectations. From the presentation to the flavor, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served. You could truly taste the care and attention to detail in every bite.

At both events, the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive — always making sure guests were happy and well taken care of without ever being intrusive. The timing of the service was seamless, and they managed large crowds with effortless grace.

The menu options were diverse and creative, catering perfectly to a mix of tastes and dietary needs. Everything—from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts—was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was!

Best burger and fries in Ulster county!!! I wasn't expecting much from a menu that was heavily vegetarian influenced, but I took a chance and ordered a burger takeout platter. I was surprised! It's been a while since I had a delicious, cooked to perfection, gourmet style, hearty 1/2 lb. Hamburger, choice meat, on a delicious bun. Yes, Quality meat. Every bite was an absolute delight.

And unlike the bland, Costco bulk fries most restaurants serve, the fries at Provisions are hand cut and they season them to perfection.

And a second big takeout (sorry for the pun), the price was extremely reasonable (in these inflationary times). At current prices, I would have paid the same as MacDonalds.
