Caraglio's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Ontario

I ordered 3 pizzas and two dozen wings approx 4 hrs ahead of time for pick up at 6pm. My family is big on bleu cheese so ordering a chicken wing pizza I ordered 3 extra bleu cheeses at .93 each. Walked into the store at 6pm on the dot and our food was not ready. After waiting an additional 15 mins my food was finally ready to go. I asked 2 separate times if the extra bleu cheese was in the bag and was reassured it was. It wasn't. Luckily we had some Marie's at home in the fridge so that we were able to accommodate our party that night. This was this past Tuesday, the restaurant had no one else in it but me. A gentleman walked in around 6:05 and said he had just called his pizza in 20 mins ago.... his was ready. I'm a patient woman and my parents have always instilled in me to plan ahead, which is why we ordered at 2pm while multi-tasking at work as well with our contractors at the moment. It was irritating, but we are always willing to give our business to local companies. The food was delicious and our wings were perfect and extra crispy like we enjoy. Don't be discouraged by my review. Your experience can be different. The place itself has very poor lighting. When u walk in, it doesn't feel inviting, warm, or welcoming. It wasn't clean. There were crumbs on the ordering counter and tables, the floor hadn't been swept in a while. I didn't see a bathroom for customers, they might have it but I didn't see any signs nor doors labeled as such. Staff was dismissive, I asked what he recommended and he handed me a menu, didn't offer specials, didn't engage in any type of service,he only wanted to take my order and cash me out. They were extremely busy with delivery orders and phone, which is understandable, but in store customers are important too. The wait time to get your food??? Let's not go there...way too long and the prices? Overall a bad experience for me. Taste of food? This place used to be so great but unfortunately it’s going down hill which is sad. My dad would get it almost every weekend for us. The last few times it was not good. We got it tonight and I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon. We picked it up right at 710 like it said, got home took a bite of our food up and it was cold and We had to put our food in the oven because it was that cold. I then tried mine and the bacon in it was almost raw, I couldn’t eat it at all and I had to literally dissect my calzone to try to get it all out. I couldn’t even finish it because it was so bad and made me feel sick. This is unacceptable. I hate to give bad reviews I really do but this was just very unacceptable and not worth the money.
