Never clean tables when we go. Turnover rate extremely high. Don’t pay attention when they give you the order to make sure it’s all there then lie and say yes when you ask. Knew someone that worked here and quit bc of the way they get treated and cleanliness in general. I get it’s a sloppy quick (not even that quick) fast food chain but have some decency.. for the kids that eat your food. It’s sad that we can’t even take ownership of our wrongdoings. Can’t even apologize or show any empathy. Just they are human and are allowed to make these mistakes. Please someone do something about this. It’s getting worse and worse over the years. Even the manager won’t own up. Blonde in the morning. Doesn’t like anyone telling her she was wrong. So much attitude and entitlement. We won’t be going back. No matter how easy or quick it is. We will drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to Webster where they at least show curtesy for...

Day shift crew I have no complaints. However the night shift crew is robbing the franchise. They shut off the sign that says they're open till midnight at least half an hour early. They shut off the drive-thru screens at the same time. Just so they can get out 15 minutes early while making zero money for the store. If you pull up to the drive-thru sometimes they will answer you sometimes they won't respond at all and sometimes when they do they'll ask you what you want and then tell you they have none of that. You ask for fresh fries and they give you old nasty fries. You ask for extra onions on your double cheeseburger and you get no onions at all. They literally act like they're mad at you for expecting them to honor their advertised hours. The franchise owner really should be notified.

I ordered a McChicken and McDouble through the drive through. After ordering I paid at the first window and the staff member was very nice. I then got to the pick up window and was asked to park while they prepared these items. I sat in the parking lot as I watched six more cars pass through as well as several walk-ins who were served before they finally came out and asked me if I had the two McGriddle's with some kind of attitude that I inconvenienced her. I waited nearly 15 minutes for two sandwiches and they still had an issue with my order. This location really needs a wake up call to train better.
