I have been a loyal customer for several years but think that will be changing. I do not like the response I got today about my delivery order. One item I ordered was the hamburger that comes with fries. I asked, as I have in the past, if I could get a small salad instead of the fries and was told I could. When the delivery came there was no receipt (I had paid by credit card when the order was placed) and there were fries and a large salad. Called Nonna Rosa and was now told...by the same person who originally took the order. .that the burger comes with fries.. same price if you don't get the fries...and the salad can't be substituted. So they charged me for the salad. Don't appreciate being charged for something I was told was a substitution. I work in Orangeburg and have tried several italian restaurants in the area and Nonna Rosa is hands down the best. Best quality food, fast service, friendly team - nice little dining area which is always packed when I pick up my order (further validating my claim!)
