Very pleased the two employees danielle an mike they always see me from the parking lot an have my coffee ready by the time i make it inside there are very kind an always eager to answer any questtions i have an always ask me how my morning is .thank you danielle an mike for your awesome kindness i have been several other tim hortons an they didnr seem to care sbour there customers they treatwd me like i was number they acted worae then robot but not this tim hortons an honestly i have been tried out other tim hortons just to see if they were as kind an it was very different i realise may sound spoiled an mike an danielle have went out of there way to be nice to me but if more employees went out of there way like them two there would be alot less evil in this world ..recently my daughter was murdered last sept so there kindness has helped me get thru each day just little bit easier .an gives me little faith in humanity .my day starts with them so thank god for them .i pray all therr dreams an...

Then when you say “charge me for a large pop and ice in an adult cup but instead put water in it” you have the manager not allowing it….the older dark hair woman that is always so grumpy and rude, she seriously starts getting loud with you when you’re trying to explain what you’d like and when you get loud back it’s a problem??? “You don’t have to be aggressive” did I just get gaslit? yet she escalated the entire thing that could have been solved with just charging me for a large drink with water instead of pop??? When did it become the customers responsibility for her lack of training employees. Bagel came out not toasted along with a unmelted piece of cheese. DoorDash priority over customers in store but couldn’t figure out who had what. No wonder store has one of the lowest ratings in the area.
