So as you may have realized, Subway has s introduced a new menu. It has broken things down into the old standbys like BMT, and then chicken, steak, Italian, and the clubs. But is it really a new menu? Not really. I remember you could ask for the other meats that were on the menu to be added to any sub you wanted. It is just now they've made selections with these combos available for you. So, Subway's pretty much still the same. They have four or six different breads, different cold cuts, four different cheeses, and then about a dozen different vegetables you can put on the sub. You get it toasted or not. You can have one of several dressings, oil and vinegar, etc., if you want. But the bottom line is, it's not that bad a sandwich. Read moreTerrible customer service. I signed up for the online application. Tried 2 times both times my subs were not even started when we got there. So the application was a wasted step. Today ( good friday) they sent me a coupon on my email for buy one get one free. When we got there we ordered our subs ( 4 in all ). As I was ready to pay I showed the female ( sorry I didn't get her name. There was a man and a woman working that we could see) and she said that I had to use the app. I asked her what difference it made and reminded her of how my last 2 visits went with the internet and her answer got even snottier. She quoted me how the offer went like I was a second grader. So we left without there subs and went to Leo's Pizza across the street. Their subs were as good or better and when I told the clerk there the story she said that they wanted my business and offered me a free sub with my order. So if you are on Rt 20 in Orchard Park/ West Seneca stop across the street for your subs. They already put the pizza place that was next to Subway out of business I will be sending them my sub business...
