Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Oswegatchie

I'm from OOT here on business. Had to finish some preliminary project work. Got the Big Fish combo for a quick bite. Drove back to my room and started to eat. As I chewed, I thought to myself, why does this meal taste like cardboard? I removed the top bun to find/see the disgusting burnt piece that was supposed to resemble food (look at the pic). Tasted like eating brown dried grass! Don't know how long that could've been sitting there...likely for hours! Unfortunately, I had taken a couple bites before seeing this inedible mess! Not sure why the crew member was too lazy and felt he couldn't drop a fresh fillet down to cook. I was the only one in the store at the time. Better hope I don't become "sick!!" I saved that nasty meal and still have my receipt for proof...

Worst experience ever. I used to absolute drool over the thought of a Flame Broiled Whopper.After the first visit in my life to the Ogdensburg NY location in front of the McDonald's I could never even fathom setting foot inside another Burger King for the rest of my life after the way I was treated by two very anti-customer oriented females that worked early afternoon recently. If your a happy citizen of Ogdensburg and you would like to remain that way. Venture elsewhere even a dumpster. The food may not taste good from the trash but you won't feel like you have just committed some terrible crime when you think about the...

Incompetent woman at the drive-through order menu last Wednesday at launch time. I attempted to order a Whopper Jr. with cheese, well done, and without pickle. She couldn't comprehend what the order was and kept inputting it as a Whopper Jr. without tomatoes, lettuce, and mayonnaise.

Perhaps worse of all, she actually refused to enter in that the customer requested that the meat be well done. Instead, she insisted that "all of our meat is already well done".

After two attempts, it was obviously hopeless and I instead waited until I got to Canton. No difficulties at Canton's Burger King.
