Pizza Hut — Restaurant in City of Ogdensburg

I'm not one to usually post a negative review, but something about tonight really bothered me. I just left and food was great. It was quick. It was timely. No complaints about the food but the girl at the front register was absolutely miserable. Not only was she short with me and miserable but she ripped my receipt right out of the box before giving it to me threw it away. Didn't ask me if I wanted it and then charged my card. Never had me sign it, never showed me the receipt and it just kind of left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Be there was no issue but I always like to make sure that I see the total that I cross out the additional tip if I don't want to add a tip or add a tip if I do, I didn't do anything to that credit card receipt. I'm not sure if that even matches their compliance cuz I work there myself and always had to have someone sign...

Worst experience ever got the quarter in the shot glass for the free small pizza never received it after asking about it multiple times. Ordered a large stuff crust back yard bbq chicken pizza and received a buffalo chicken pizza when I told them it was incorrect we wanted the bbq not red franks sauce she took it to the back and then came back telling us that it was correct and when we asked if they could remake it with bbq not hot sauce she told me they couldn’t cause it was half ate. There’s only one slice of pizza missing cause one person liked it out of four.

Wouldn’t even give a star...

Was not impressed with this location. The store was clean but the waitress was not attentive at all. We gave our order and after saying it twice she still put it in wrong. Pizzas came out wrong. We asked for a pepperoni lovers pan and it came out as a meat lovers pan. Asked for a Supreme stuff crust and it came out pepperoni stuffed crust. Pizza was so greasy we literally took napkins and dabbed the grease off it. We were the only ones there and they acted like it was an inconvenience for us to order inside rather then get take out. Not one to complain but this place totally missed...
