Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I WENT TO PICK UP MY ORDER AND NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM. I SPOKE TO THE PERSON WHO PREVIOUSLY SERVED ME AND POLITELY ASKED IF I COULD USE THE RESTROOM? SHE TOLD ME YES, WHEN I WENT TO OPEN THE DOOR IT WAS LOCKED, I TELL HER THAT I CAN'T ENTER THE BATHROOM BECAUSE THE DOOR IS LOCKED, USUALLY IN THIS TYPE OF BUSINESSES THEY KEEP THE BATHROOMS LOCKED SO THEY CAN HAVE CONTROL OF WHO COMES IN AND WHO EXITS, THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE KEY THAT SOMEONE WAS INSIDE, I PREPARED TO WAIT AND WHEN I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR 10 MINUTES I TELL HER NO ONE IS INSIDE BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR IT TO TAKE THAT LONG INSIDE, THE MANAGER CAME KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AND SAID MAYBE SOMEONE LEFT THE DOOR LOCKED AND THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE KEYS AND THAT SHE HAD TO CALL SOMEONE TO COME AND OPEN THE DOOR SHE COULDN'T HELP ME, I FELT LIKE SHE WAS LYING AND THAT SHE SIMPLY DIDN'T WANT TO LEND ME THE BATHROOM THEN I ASKED MY WIFE TO ASK FOR THE KEYS TO USE THE BATHROOM AND THEY GAVE THEM TO HER, IT IS A LACK OF RESPECT THAT THIS TYPE OF PENALTY IS WORKING IN A PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FUNDAMENTAL FOR THE BUSINESS AND IT DOUBTLY STAINS THE COMMITMENT OF @dunkindonuts TO ITS CUSTOMERS. If I could give them zero stars I would. No one speaks English. The young kids that work there are clueless and don't listen. I ordered a breakfast sandwich the other day with my husband. Bit into it and pulled out a huge piece of plastic. I come back in and told the Indian woman who didn't speak English. Her work space was a mess. Trash all over as she was trying to make sandwich. A recipe for disaster. Got a coffee today and it's absolutely disgusting. They need to really get their acts together there...... went back last night and was giving a wrong order with uncooked bacon.. loved being sick all night. Someone needs to call the board of health on them. On top of it another day an Indian woman was making my sandwich and she touched her cell phone with the gloves she was making sandwiches with....

There are some employees that are downright miserable and not nice at all. No smile, no greeting, no nothing. And there have been other times I go in and there are several employees behind the counter, but too busy having their own conversation. Most of the time when I order food I end up having to go back because it is never cooked properly. I choose this Dunkin' Donuts because it is convenient, but I would rather go out of my way, then give them my business. I have never EVER complained before, but today was the day. Final note to the employee who made my food: If you don' t like talking to people and you want to be miserable, this is clearly not the right...
