Pizza Shack I — Restaurant in Town of Parma

So, personally, I've never ordered here before, I honestly probably should soon. I get a lot of DD/ Ubereats orders here. Every time I arrive, the staff are amazing and very friendly. One thing I appreciate about the staff, is the honesty, if I have to wait for a order to be done cooking, and I'm told another 5 minutes, I wait no more than 5 minutes. Im told 10 minutes, I wait 10 minutes or sooner, etc.. Unlike a certain pizza shop that's right around the corner, who shall remain nameless. They say a few minutes longer... and 15 minutes+ I'm still waiting, happens 70%+ of the time. The only complaint that I truly have is if it's around dinner time and they're busy. The very small and limited parking can be a hassle at times, especially being right at the intersection. But, a business like this, it's not just about the food. It's also about the customer experience. The way each staff member treats you from the second you enter to the second you leave is nothing short of amazing. I came around late last night to pick up a doordash order. While waiting for the generous man to finish preparing the food for the doordash customer, I asked him if I could buy a soda and some mottzerella sticks… so once he rang me up, he told me it’s cash only. I don’t carry cash. Nor did I have my ATM card to take money out. This guy hooked me up with the food for free. Also did I forget to mention, growing up, they would always drive the extra couple miles to deliver pizza to my parents that lived on the other side of town near the Dakota in Hamlin . I hope the guy that served me reads the message and realizes how he made my day and I will be back and i’ll tip you PERSONALLY for over the top world class customer service. This place is a hidden gem! The pizza was excellent. The prices here are reasonable + actually less expensive than what other places are charging. Everything is fresh made, including dough and sauce - mozzarella is fresh sliced right there. The owner is a really good guy & cares about his food and customers. It's not the fanciest of places, but the food and prices more than make up for it! They have a good sized menu with decent variety - you'll find something that you'll like. Bring right on West Ridge Rd. makes getting in & out (especially out) a bit of a pain, so it's a good idea to plan your visit when traffic is lighter.
