June 2025 - Editing as the last few times that we've ordered, we've sadly noticed the quality has gone down. We also order, pay online, and pick up our food, so I stopped leaving tips. My husband went in to pick up the order, and heard the young female cashier complaining that she didn't get a tip. ..

We order a a LG. pizza, garlic knots, and potato skin's tonight from Roma's. We're really enjoyed our meal! Pizza was great. The crust was perfect, perfect amount of sauce, and toppings too. It was a pleasant surprise to actually get true garlic knots and not rolls with garlic butter. My husband loves potato skin's, and three were amazing! We'll definitely be ordering again! Alright. First, the customer service was great. Super friendly and when the call cut out, I was called right back! Made me feel like they actually cared. Whether they will be able to do that everytime or not… who knows. But it was definitely awesome.

I got 2 pepperoni pizzas and 30 wings in less than 30 minutes. Like delivered in hand, by the time we were off the phone until the doorbell.

Then Heather was super sweet! A man named Nick made our food, and he KILLED IT. the wings are absolutely on point.

There has never been a time where I have ordered from here and gotten good food across the board. Today I spent $50 for a cheesesteak, a cheeseburger and some onion rings. The onion Rings were the worst offender. They were saturated with oil and had absolutely no crisp. I took four in my hand and squeezed and got at least two tablespoons out of it. I ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese and I’m pretty sure there was absolutely no cheese on it. I’ve had cheese steaks all over the country and this is by far the very worst. For $50 I...
