Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Plattekill

If I could give zero stars I would. Their coffee is normally pretty disgusting, I am unsure if it is old or they just do not make it correctly but I always have to get extra cream and sugar to make it taste semi decent. On very few occasions is it good. They have messed up my order a few times by not putting everything in that I ordered. Then this most recent visit, I ordered on the go through the app (which I haven’t been able to do for this location in at least two weeks because it wasn’t working) and when I got there the guy said I ordered two orders (of the same thing??!) and I told him no that the order on the go wasn’t working right and told me it didn’t go through. He did not care or anything resorting to get rude with me saying well he put both orders in. I dropped it figuring it wasn’t worth arguing (and I had to get to work) and figured I’d have food for the next day. For the same exact order, it sure didn’t look like it, it was missing the snacking bacon on the second order and the drinks looked very different. I can’t remember the last time I’ve actually had good service at this location and keep saying I will not go back but continue because of convenience. Well I can say this, I will definitely NOT be going back to that Dunkin’ now. Very upset and not worth the aggravation I feel every time I pull out of their lot. Not to mention their long wait time when there are a bunch of “workers” that are seen through the window. I’m using workers very loosely here as I tend to only see one or two people...

My low rating only reflects on the CURRENT employees and, one in particular...a female, possibly a supervisor! FIRST I NEED TO SAY... THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND THEN ACTUALLY TOOK THE FOOD BACK, AFTER WE LOOKED IN THE BAG!! 😳 MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING BACK THERE!!! SO....went in today... usually, the employees are really nice, very friendly! (Looks like new ppl working there!!) Anyway, I ordered a $6 MEAL DEAL for my Sis, using my app. So the young man who took my order asked, which meat in the sandwich... I said, isn't it only sausage? He said that we can get whatever we wanted....to our surprise, my Sister got the bacon, instead of sausage. After, I checked my rcpt, and saw I was charged FULL PRICE for EACH ITEM!! I kept trying to get someone's attention... (they were playing the music TOO LOUDLY... guess they didn't hear me). Meanwhile, they already gave the FOOD items to my sister. I finally got the attention of the female (supervisor?)... She didn't have the most CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY ATTITUDE! She kept saying the $6 Meal Deal has NO SUBSTITUTIONS... The young man apologized to HER! She refunded me and then rang me up again for the $6 deal! Long story... but... I was VERY SURPRISED THAT SHE TOOK THE FOOD BACK!! Instead of just refunding the difference... SMH!! STARBUCKS WOULD NEVER DO THAT!! They CAN'T GIVE THAT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER, ONCE IT LEAVES THE COUNTER!! OR... SHE TOTALLY WASTED IT AND THREW IT AWAY.... VERY...

I''ve never been the kinda dude to write a review, however under these specific circumstances, I have had no choice but to expose the excellence I witness almost every day.

The Best experience I have ever had at any Dunkin has been at this particular location in Modena. This beautiful, green-eyed, female who is usualy at the front counter, is always making me the exact sandwich and coffee that I order every time I come in before I even have to ask for it. Her name is Shannon, and she makes this Dunkin put a smile on my face every time I walk in. She is worth every penny that they pay her; her beauty irradiates beyond the stratosphere with a higher magnitude and intensity of 1000 compiled stars and their infinitesimally accelerating emitted photons, and ironically, she makes the best frozen coffees throughout the course of history of human kind and frozen coffees. Everyone in this Dunkin is so friendly and charming and never in my life have I ever seen a Dunkin Donuts so clean and spotless! I highly recommend this Dunkin to all of my fellow coffee and doughnut lovers, because all of the coffee and sandwiches prepared here are clearly made with love and affection and I have never had this kind of experience at any other Dunkin Donuts. It's also a brand new building, it looks freaking awesome!
