Paesano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Plattekill

This place has gone down hill and fast. Placed my order and asked for a total price which was $85.24. I was told 45 minutes for delivery and I'm only 5 miles from the pizza place so after 1 hour and 10 minutes it wasn't delivered yet so I called and I was told it was just going out for delivery. While they had me on hold waiting to find out where my food was I could here them talking on other phones telling other people ordering food it would be 45 minutes for delivery when they should have been honest and said more than an hour. I wait another 20 minutes to be delivered and the delivery driver says $95.00. I had to call the pizza place to tell them I was told $85.24 and after the driver read the delivery ticket back to them with my order they came up with $88.00. They said they had a 16 year old adding the tickets up and probably did it wrong. I paid the $85.00 I was originally told and then I find out one of my side orders of meatballs was missing an no bread was sent with the dinners. my wife placed and order last night and the person she placed the order with didnt understand what she had said and the order that we recieved was in correct. We were told when she called that tgey would credit the order for thw pizza that got messed up. So we just called to place and order to recieve the correct pizza and after my wife place the order they called back and said they needed to talk to someone who can order correctly. So i informed the man, who said he was the owner, that she had ordered it correctly and he told me that he wasnt the kind of guy you want to mess with. And then i formed me that we will no longer be doing business together and hung up on me. I have ordered from this place for the past few years and have never felt so unsatisfied then i do right now. This is the second time... it seems like Paesano's picks and chooses the way they fulfill delivery orders... asked for a regular pizza very very light on the cheese and an order of garlic knots... garlic knots were ok but they made the pizza wrong again and when I called them they placed the blame on me rather than admitting they made a mistake... their response when I asked for a regular sized pizza was I was actually asking for regular cheese... to be honest Pizza Hut does a better job at getting orders correctly even though they are not as good quality... the girl I called back and spoke to knew she was wrong and put some guy on who, to his credit, sided with her but never offered to make it right... absolutely terrible...
